JobJump is a German job board for employers of all sizes and industries. Employers can post unlimited job ads for free, each running for 30 days, or book a fixed-price package: Starter at €199 for 4 weeks, Plus at €499 for 8 weeks or Premium at €899 for 8 weeks (net prices). Each package guarantees at least 4, 10 or 20 applications; if the minimum is not reached, the campaign is extended for free. Enterprise customers get separate models on request.
Job ads are drafted with AI in about 5 minutes. A campaign can hold multiple ads and A/B-test them against each other. Applicant management is included, and JobJump integrates with Greenhouse. Jobs reach candidates through Google (SEO, Google for Jobs, Google Ads), TikTok Ads, ChatGPT Ads, job alerts, push notifications and JobJump's own distribution partner network.
For job seekers JobJump is free: they apply without an account and can use free AI tools for their CV and cover letter.
