Hey Uneeders

Quick etiquette question before my next launch here. How OK is it to DM people on launch day, asking them to take a look and leave feedback?

I see two different cases:

1. Messaging people who follow me on Uneed. They chose to follow, so a short personal note feels fair to me, but I'd like to hear how it lands on your side.

2. Messaging people I don't know, whose product or posts suggest the launch is relevant to them and whose feedback would be useful. This one feels closer to spam, even if every message is written manually.

If you've been on the receiving end, which of these would you be fine with, and which would annoy you?

@Thomas_Sanlis, is there an official rule on this? I'd rather ask than guess.
